| Ken Cawkell Position: Director Mr. Cawkell is member of the Alberta and British Columbia Bar Associations and has over 25 years of experience in both public and private venture capital markets. He co-founded Cawkell Brodie Glaister LLP Business Lawyers in 1987, where he acts as a managing partner. Throughout his career, Mr. Cawkell has veen extensively involved in all aspects of corporate structuring, finance and securities law. He is an investor in and founder of a number of private companies where he has held executive management positions, and currently sits on the board of a number of private and public companies. He is a member of the Securities Law Advisory Committee to the BC Securities Commission. Member of the Audit Committee. | |
| Joseph Del Campo Position: Director Mr. Del Campo is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and is the Chief Financial Officer of First Nickel Inc., an exploration, development and mining Company with a nickel mine in Sudbury, Ontario. Mr. Del Campo began his career with Falconbridge Limited and spent over 19 years working within the Falconbridge group of companies at progressive financial positions, including Controller and Treasurer of Falconbridge Dominicana, a ferronickel operation in the Dominican Republic, and Falconbridge Gold Corporation, a gold mining company with operating mines in Africa and Timmins, Ontario. Over the past 15 years Mr. Del Campo has been a director and Vice-President Finance and CFO of a number of junior exploration companies listed on the TSX and the TSX Venture Exchange. | |
| Adrian Rothwell Position: Chief Financial Officer Mr. Rothwell has been providing financial consulting, management and controllership services to the mining industry since 1995. He has previously acted as a financial consultant to a number of other publicly-traded companies. As a Chartered Accountant he offers many years of professional accounting, public practice, and industry specific expertise. Mr. Rothwell is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia, Canada and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia. | |
| Simon Meldrum*, B.Sc., P. Geo Position: Consulting Exploration Geologist Mr. Meldrum's career spans over twenty years in as many countries, including (but not limited to) Australia, Papau New Guinea, Indonesia, Chile, Equador, Peru, Argentina, Brazil and Columbia. He has held a vast array of positions including project manager at Newmont Pty (Aus) and played an instrumental role in the exploration and modeling of the Batu Hijau Mine in Indonesia with Newmont Exploration Ltd. He has also worked with Teckcominco, Xstrata, and has most recently consulted for East Asia Minerals'on the Miwah project in Indonesia. Mr. Meldrum holds a Bachelor of Science and an Honours degree from the University of New England, NSW Australia. | |
| Dylan Jeffriess*, B.Sc., P.Geo Position: Consulting Exploration Geologist Mr. Jeffriess has over 12 years of mineral exploration experience in Latin America, China, Sweden, and the Australasia region. He has held a number of exploration and operational positions for companies such as Goldfields Australasia Pty Ltd, Minera Goldfields, and Rio Tinto Exploration Peru. Mr. Jeffriess received his Bachelor of Science (hons) degree from Monash University in Australia and brings an extensive background in the appraisal and exploration of epithermal gold and porphyry gold/copper deposits to Centurion Minerals. |
