Centurion Minerals Ltd. is a Canadian-based company focused on the procurement, exploration, and development of gold projects. In Canada, the Company has an option to acquire up to a 60% interest in the Copper Prince Gold-Copper property in Sudbury, Ontario. In Indonesia, the Company has a Memorandum of Agreement to acquire a 77% interest in a private company which holds a Contract of Work on the Sable gold project in Aceh Province, Northern Sumatra and also has a Memorandum of Understanding with PT Sigma Mineral Exploration (also a private company) to acquire an 85% interest in three additional properties, each of which holds a KP exploration claim and all of which are located in the Aceh Tengah Regency in Northern Sumatra.
