In Indonesia, the Company holds an interest (up to 80%) in numerous gold properties in Aceh Province, Northern Sumatra. Properties were acquired on the basis of historical information or previous exploration showing multiple epithermal gold and porphyry copper/gold occurences or prospects with excellent exploration potential. All properties are near, or in some cases adjacent to, East Asia Minerals' Miwah epithermal gold discovery.

In Canada, the Company has an option to acquire up to a 60% interest in the Copper Prince Gold-Copper property in Sudbury, Ontario.
