The Thor Odin property consists of three two-post claims covering 694.44 hectares within the New Westminster Mining Division of British Columbia. The claims are situated in the Harrison Lake area, British Columbia. The Company has an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Thor-Odin property, subject to a 1% net smelter royalty. The Thor Odin property has exploration potential for discovery of vein type precious metal mineralization and stratiform polymetallic massive sulphide mineralization. The company intends to begin drilling a number of defined geological and geophysical targets identified during its exploration program undertaken in 2005. The 2005 exploration program consisted mainly of a 12.8 kilometre Induced Polarization Survey and infill soil geochemical sampling. The Harrison Lake area can be explored year round and the company intends to undertake the drill program as soon as the necessary permits are in place. The company's claims are adjacent to Carat Exploration Ltd's Seneca property which hosts the Seneca Zn-CU-Pb massive sulphide deposit. A 4000 metre drill program is currently underway on the Seneca property.
